Scotland edged out the United Arab Emirates by one wicket in a dramatic finish to their Men's Cricket World Cup League 2 Tri-Series match in Dundee. Jasper Davidson hit the winning boundary with just one ball to spare, securing victory for the Scots.

The UAE, who were put into bat, posted a total of 231-8 from 40 overs, largely thanks to Adeeb Usmani's impressive 116 runs. Brandon McMullen was the pick of Scotland's bowlers, taking 3-30.

Scotland faced early trouble at 2-2, with George Munsey and McMullen both falling for ducks. However, contributions from Finlay McCreath (28), Richie Berrington (39), Michael Jones (44), and Matthew Cross (66) helped stabilise the innings. Ultimately, it came down to Davidson to hit the decisive boundary, leaving Scotland on 235-9.

This victory follows Scotland's nine-run win over Canada two days prior at the same Forthill venue, which sealed their place at next year's World Cup Qualifier.
