A Grade II* listed townhouse in Brighton's Regency Square has been revived by hospitality group S Holiday Homes, now operating as Sigma Plus Regency Square Suites. The restoration has introduced 10 individually designed, self-contained suites.

The suites feature contemporary interior design, contrasting with the building's 19th-century Regency architecture, which includes wrought-iron balconies, Ionic doorways, and large floor-to-ceiling bow windows. Melanie Barnes of Elixir Interior Design was involved in the restoration of Suite 3, which includes high-ceiling cornicing and pale limed oak herringbone flooring.

The apartments offer amenities such as air conditioning and underfloor heating in bathrooms. Guests can arrange food deliveries from local company Antipasto By The Sea, with breakfast options like Greek yoghurt, pastries, and bagels available.
