Silversea cruise line has introduced four new suite categories for passengers, applicable to sailings departing on or after 1 January 2027. The changes will apply across both the brand's classic and expedition cruise ships.
The 17 existing suites have been organised into the new categories. These begin with Panorama and Vista Oceanview suites, which feature large windows. The next category includes Premium Veranda, Deluxe Veranda, Superior Veranda, Classic Veranda, and Veranda suites, each offering a private balcony.
The Residence category features Junior Grand, Signature, Silver, Premium Medallion, and Medallion suites, all with separate bedroom and living spaces. The fourth option is the Villa Category, comprising Otium, Master, Owner's, Grand, and Royal suites, which are described as the brand's most expansive cabins with large living spaces and terraces.
All suites will include butler service, 24-hour in-suite dining, wifi, dining, drinks, port fees, taxes, and tips. Residence guests will receive additional benefits such as priority embarkation and early access to reservations. Villa guests may also receive a private transfer when booking an airfare with Silversea, dedicated planning support, priority on excursion bookings, private consultations with the chef and spa manager, and their own dining experiences.
