Katerina Siniakova and Taylor Townsend have secured a historic career doubles Grand Slam as a pairing, winning the women's doubles at the US Open. The top seeds overcame American wildcards Ashlyn Krueger and Robin Montgomery in New York, with a final score of 5-7 6-0 6-2.

Their victory at Flushing Meadows means they have now claimed all four Grand Slam titles. This adds to their previous wins at Wimbledon in 2024, the Australian Open in 2025, and the French Open earlier this year.

For Czech player Siniakova, 30, this is her 12th Grand Slam doubles title in total. She has also become the first player to complete the career Slam with two different partners, having previously achieved it with Barbora Krejcikova. American Townsend, also 30, has now won her first US Open doubles title.
