Sombr made a notable entrance at Reading Festival today, 29 August 2026, for his performance on The Grid stage. US pop singer Slayyyter accompanied him from an ambulance stretcher to the stage.
Footage broadcast on the stage screens showed the back doors of an ambulance opening to reveal Sombr on a stretcher with Slayyyter. After dismounting, they walked backstage, stopping to do press-ups before Slayyyter briefly addressed the crowd and Sombr began his set.
The performance drew one of the largest crowds of the weekend so far. Both Sombr and Slayyyter are scheduled to perform at Leeds Festival tomorrow, 30 August.
