South Wales estate agency Flying Keys has joined eXp UK, transitioning its business to the self-employed brokerage’s Team model. This move is intended to facilitate expansion across the region while allowing the agency to retain its established brand and customer proposition.
Under the new structure, Flying Keys will operate as Flying Keys powered by eXp. The agency will utilise eXp UK’s technology, training, and operational support. Founders Ryan and Lauren Fletcher plan to incorporate existing Flying Keys team members onto the eXp platform as self-employed agents.
This model is expected to enable Flying Keys to recruit additional agents and broaden its geographical reach throughout South Wales. The company, which sells nearly 300 homes annually, follows other agencies like NAKED and Willmotts in adopting eXp UK’s Team model.
