Southern Brave continued their dominant run in The Hundred women's competition, securing a 24-run victory over Birmingham Phoenix at the Utilita Bowl. This win marks their fourth consecutive triumph, solidifying their position as unbeaten leaders.

Chasing a target of 141, bottom-placed Phoenix finished on 116-5. Brave openers Maia Bouchier (45) and Lizelle Lee (43) laid a strong foundation with a 68-run partnership after Brave were put in to bat, contributing to their total of 140-3.

Phoenix's chase was initially promising with Davina Perrin (52) and Tammy Beaumont (22) putting on 73. However, Beaumont's dismissal, followed by Alice Capsey (eight) and Perrin, stalled their momentum. Brave captain Molineux took 2-24, while England bowlers Lauren Bell (1-16) and Tilly Corteen-Coleman (1-19) delivered economical spells.

The win puts Southern Brave six points clear of second-placed Manchester Super Giants. Birmingham Phoenix remain at the bottom of the table with two wins and one no result from three matches.
