The Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL) has confirmed that away fans will not attend Old Firm derbies in its competitions this season. This announcement means there will be no Celtic supporters at Ibrox for today's Scottish League Cup quarter-final against Rangers.
The decision by the SPFL follows an incident of fan disorder when Rangers and Celtic previously met in the Scottish Cup in March.
Today's match marks the first Old Firm derby of the season and will see Derek McInnes manage Rangers against Celtic for the first time.
