ITV has announced a revamp for The Voice UK, with Stacey Solomon and Alesha Dixon taking over hosting duties. They replace Emma Willis, who has hosted the singing contest since 2014 and recently moved to front the BBC's Strictly Come Dancing.
Singer Cheryl and rapper Aitch are confirmed to join the show as coaches, sitting in the famous red chairs. They will join Destiny's Child singer Kelly Rowland and Black Eyed Peas frontman Will.I.Am on the coaching panel.
The changes follow Sir Tom Jones's departure from the series. Earlier this week, Sir Tom, 86, stated he was removed due to an insurance issue, despite wanting to stay. ITV thanked him for his contributions, alongside Emma Willis, Tom Fletcher, and Danny Jones, who will also not be returning.
The next series of The Voice UK began filming on Friday, 11 September 2026, with these new changes in effect. The series currently airing on ITV was filmed in 2025.
