Stephen Cullens, an estate agent with more than 30 years of experience in the Surrey property market, has joined House Partnership. He will serve as the regional partner for Reigate and surrounding villages, including Horley, Oxted, and Caterham.
Mr Cullens previously spent 17 years as an equity partner at an independent firm. His career experience spans sales, land, and new homes, with a focus on country homes and prime residential town properties in his new role.
House Partnership was established ten years ago by former Savills directors Andrew Giller and David Carter. The agency, which now has a team of 28 including 22 partners, covers areas from Central and South West London to the South Coast, as well as Wales and the West Country.
Andrew Giller stated that the partnership structure is designed to promote cooperation and referrals among partners, contrasting with target-driven agency models. He also noted that clients deal with the same experienced partner throughout their sale or purchase.
