The incident occurred while the individual was experiencing debilitating back pain, which rendered them unable to work for several weeks and led to a desperate search for relief through various treatments.
The pain began unexpectedly after the individual lifted a box of books during work hours. Describing the experience, they stated, "I have never experienced pain like that in my life." This severe injury resulted in a prolonged period of recovery, during which the individual was, by their own account, "consumed by the agony of it and barely able to move."
