Classics from Radiohead and The Cure have been confirmed for the soundtrack of 'Stage Tour', a new music rhythm game. The game is described as a spiritual successor to 'Guitar Hero', which was put on hiatus after 2015's 'Guitar Hero Live'.
Original 'Guitar Hero' developers revived their RedOctane studio last year, stating they were working on a new music rhythm game that would be "something new." In June, it was confirmed that 'Stage Tour' would launch later this year for consoles and PC.
The confirmed soundtrack includes 22 songs, blending "iconic rock anthems with modern global hits spanning rock, metal, alt-rock, pop-punk, and beyond." The game will support guitar, bass, drum, and vocal inputs, and will work with various controllers, including a PC keyboard.
