Canadian pop superstar The Weeknd has wrapped up a five-night sold-out residency at Wembley Stadium, marking the conclusion of his UK tour dates. The UK leg of the 'After Hours Til Dawn' tour also featured two performances at Manchester's Etihad Stadium in June.
Across all seven UK concerts, The Weeknd drew in more than 450,000 fans. The shows also generated over $350,000 (£260,000) for charity, with £1 from each UK ticket sold, and €1 from every European ticket, donated to the United Nations World Food Programme and Global Citizen.
These funds are earmarked to support the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund, which aims to enhance children's access to education globally, and The Weeknd’s XO Humanitarian Fund, which assists the World Food Programme in addressing the worldwide hunger crisis.
Mayor of London Sadiq Khan commented on the success, stating that London was "hugely proud to welcome The Weeknd for more shows than any other city in the world this year." He added that the performances brought "hundreds of thousands of fans to Wembley Stadium, providing a huge boost to our tourism and hospitality industries."
The 'After Hours Til Dawn' tour, which combines material from his recent albums 'After Hours' (2020), 'Dawn FM' (2022), and 'Hurry Up Tomorrow' (2025), was named the highest-grossing tour ever by a male solo artist last year, surpassing $1 billion in global revenue and selling over 7.5 million tickets.
