A three-year-old boy named Navy is attempting to become the youngest person to hike all 214 Wainwright fells. He has currently completed 176 of the fells, covering 412 miles and climbing 188,000 ft (35.6 miles) of cumulative ascent.

Navy and his family moved to Cumbria earlier this year and regularly go on walks in the fells. His father, Daniel, stated that the youngest person on record to have climbed all the Wainwrights was 4 years and 10 months old.

Daniel, along with Navy's mother Leanne, sister Jessica, and brother Oliver, have tackled all the fells together. Daniel said that hiking and being outdoors helps create a close bond and does not have to be expensive.

The family maintains motivation by attempting fells every day or every other day, with Daniel noting that taking a break can make it difficult to resume. With 38 fells remaining, the family is reportedly considering future hiking challenges.
