Gareth Samples, the chief executive of The Property Franchise Group (TPFG), has increased his investment in the company by purchasing an additional 11,000 shares. The transaction, which took place on 28 September, involved shares bought at 413p each, amounting to an investment of £45,430.
This latest purchase raises Mr Samples' beneficial holding in the AIM-listed company to 694,374 ordinary shares. The transaction involved the purchase of existing ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market, rather than the exercise of options.
Earlier in 2026, Mr Samples received a significant share option award. In June, TPFG granted him options over 400,000 shares as part of its 2026 Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP). This award, described by the company as an enhanced one-off allocation, reflects his role in the business's growth and covers the three financial years ending 31 December 2028, meaning he will not receive further LTIP awards in 2027 or 2028. These options are subject to performance conditions linked to total shareholder return and adjusted earnings per share.
