Stephen Dimmick and Rhodri Lewis have been appointed to the S4C Board for four-year terms, beginning on 1 September 2026 and concluding on 31 August 2030.
Mr Dimmick is a commercial leader with experience across the private, public, and charitable sectors in Wales. He currently chairs Literature Wales and is interim CEO of The Aloud Charity. Mr Lewis is a qualified solicitor with over 20 years of experience in legal and commercial roles within the sports sector, and is currently Head of Sport at Carbon Law Partners in Cardiff.
The appointments, which come with an annual remuneration of £9,650 for Board members, were made in line with the Governance Code on Public Appointments. Both individuals have declared no significant political activity in the last five years.
