Heavyweight boxer Tyson Fury has raised concerns about his anticipated fight with Anthony Joshua, despite a November date reportedly being agreed upon. The dispute centres on the fight's location, with both fighters having signed separate contracts with Saudi Arabian-owned organisers Sela.
Joshua's promoter, Eddie Hearn, has reportedly stated that their deal includes a clause for the fight to be held in the UK. However, Sela's preference is for the bout to take place at Madison Square Garden in New York.
A frustrated Fury took to Instagram on Friday, stating, "It doesn’t look like they’re going to sign the fight. It doesn’t look like it’s going to happen. All because Eddie Hearn and that want more money." He added, "All this talk of wanting the fight in England, we want this we want that, it’s only to get more money to go to America." Fury indicated he is willing to fight anywhere, stating, "If you (Joshua) don’t want to get it on I’ll fight somebody else in November."
