Premier League clubs have collectively surpassed £2 billion in spending this summer, with significant deals shaping squads across the globe. The most expensive transfer to date sees England attacking midfielder Morgan Rogers join Chelsea from Aston Villa for £117 million on a six-year deal. This move makes Rogers the most expensive British player in history.

Other notable transfers include Yan Diomande's £115.7 million move to Real Madrid from RB Leipzig, and Sandro Tonali's £92.5 million transfer to Tottenham from Newcastle. Tottenham also signed Mateus Fernandes for £85 million from West Ham, breaking their transfer record before Tonali's arrival.
Chelsea has been particularly active, securing Marco Palestra for £47 million from Atalanta and Maxence Lacroix for £52 million from Crystal Palace. Manchester United acquired Brazil midfielder Andrey Santos for £48 million from Chelsea, while Aston Villa signed Johan Manzambi for £51 million from Freiburg.
