Victoria Beckham's fashion and beauty business, Victoria Beckham Holdings Ltd, has achieved its first operating profit since its inception in 2008. The company, with the former Spice Girl as creative director, reported an operating profit of £7.3 million in 2025, according to its accounts.
Lady Beckham told the Financial Times that the moment of profitability and growth was the result of hard work over a long period. She acknowledged previous business problems, stating the company has now recovered and is growing at a sensible pace.
The company's fashion division saw strong double-digit growth in 2025, while the beauty division, launched in 2019, delivered one of its strongest performances. This was partly driven by the popularity of Foundation Drops, which had a 25,000-strong waiting list and doubled the size of the skincare part of the business.
A Netflix documentary, which explored Beckham's journey to establish her fashion brand and achieve profitability, also reportedly boosted sales, particularly in denim and jersey. NEO Investment Partners acquired a 30% stake in the company in 2017, leading to a restructure that addressed waste.
David Belhassen, chairman of Victoria Beckham Holdings, stated that the business is well-positioned for its next phase of profitable growth, supported by its fashion and beauty engines, an international customer base, and a focused operating model. CEO Sybille Darricarrère Lunel described achieving the first operating profit as a landmark moment, reflecting years of disciplined execution and strategic investment, especially given a challenging luxury market.
