West Brom secured a point at The Hawthorns, coming from behind to draw 1-1 against QPR. The result means they did not regain their position at the top of the Championship table, following West Ham's 6-0 victory over Wrexham on Friday.
QPR took the lead in the 38th minute through a Chris Mepham own goal. However, Callum Styles equalised just three minutes later, extending West Brom's unbeaten home record to 11 games.
In other Championship action, Bolton ended a run of four successive defeats with a 1-0 win against Cardiff. Substitute Thierry Gale headed in a 90th-minute winner, converting a left-wing cross from Theo Bair.
Birmingham also claimed a 2-1 victory over Derby at Pride Park. Paik Seung-ho scored his first goal since December to secure the win, after Bobby Clark had put Derby ahead and Carlos Vicente had equalised for Birmingham.
