West Ham United have secured the services of winger Manor Solomon from Tottenham, with the Israel international signing a three-year contract. The Championship club, preparing for their first season outside the top flight since 2011-12, reportedly paid approximately £5m for the 27-year-old.
Solomon, who will don the number 10 shirt, becomes West Ham's third permanent signing of the summer. He spent last season on loan at Italian side Fiorentina, making 19 appearances. His career has also included loan spells at Leeds United and Villarreal after joining Spurs in 2023.
The winger expressed his ambition for the club, stating, "I know West Ham have a rich history both in the Premier League and in Europe." He added, "Of course, our first task is to get promoted, to go back to the Premier League." Solomon has been capped 49 times by Israel and previously won three titles with Shakhtar Donetsk.
He joins Venezuela midfielder Keiber Lamadrid and former Netherlands defender Joel Veltman as new additions this summer. West Ham have also seen departures, including winger Crysencio Summerville to Al-Hilal and midfielder Mateus Fernandes to Tottenham, following their relegation.
