Mr. Spellman's property career spans two decades, starting at a family-run estate agency before moving to London to work for LiFE Residential, a subsidiary of Galliard Homes. He later became Lettings Director at John Shepherd in the Midlands, part of The Lomond Group, prior to joining Winkworth.
Dividing his time between head office and branch visits, Mr. Spellman will focus on understanding local market pressures and operational challenges faced by franchisees. This hands-on approach aims to reinforce Winkworth's collaborative culture within its franchise structure.
