Rapper Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, has reached an unconditional settlement with his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta. Pisciotta had accused Ye of sexual assault, sex trafficking, and other abuses in a lawsuit.
Court papers filed on Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court confirmed that a final settlement has been reached, bringing an end to the case. The specific terms of this agreement were not disclosed.
Pisciotta initially sued Ye in June 2024, alleging wrongful termination and sexual harassment. The lawsuit was later expanded in 2025 to include more serious allegations such as sexual battery, sex trafficking, and assault.
Ye has consistently denied all allegations. His representatives previously described the claims as "baseless" and accused Pisciotta of attempting to blackmail and extort the rapper.
