British musician and YouTube personality Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, known as Yung Filly, has been acquitted of three sexual penetration charges following a trial in the West Australian District Court.

However, the jury found Barrientos guilty of two assault offences related to biting a 20-year-old woman's neck, cheek, and breast during an encounter in September 2024. He had pleaded not guilty to all 10 charges.

Not guilty verdicts were also returned for one charge of impeding the woman's breathing and one count of assault occasioning bodily harm. The jury was hung on three sexual penetration counts, and a decision on whether there will be a retrial for these charges could be made at a later date.

Barrientos's bail has been continued until 21 August. The trial has halted the career of the 30-year-old South London singer and comedian.
