Property portal Zoopla has returned to statutory profitability, reporting a £20.7 million profit for the year ending 31 December 2025. This follows a dip in revenue to £83.2 million from £84.2 million in 2024, which the company attributed to a rationalisation of its products.

Zoopla also generated 25% more valuation leads for estate agents last year. The company stated that its best-performing product converted 43% of these valuation leads into sales listings during 2025.

The portal is increasingly focusing on identifying homeowners before they actively begin searching for a new property. The number of homeowners tracking their property's value through Zoopla increased by 39% during 2025 to 5.4 million, a figure which has since risen to 6.4 million.
