Oscar-winning actor Anthony Hopkins, 88, has revealed he frequently uses Google Maps to visit his childhood street in Port Talbot, Wales. Despite living in Los Angeles for over 50 years, Hopkins stated he thinks about Wales constantly and accesses images of his old street most days.
Hopkins, who has not visited his hometown in two years, has released a 12-track classical music album titled "Life is a Dream." The album is inspired by his upbringing in Margam, a suburb of Port Talbot, and includes the song "My Fatherland" as a tribute to his Welsh beginnings.
The actor, born in 1937, began composing music decades ago. His album is now available on Decca Classics.
