Cardiff defender Krystian Bielik has expressed strong confidence in the Bluebirds' ability to secure a Championship play-off spot this season. The 28-year-old, who recently joined from West Brom, made his debut in the 2-2 draw against Sheffield United, a match he felt his new side deserved to win.
Bielik believes Cardiff possesses the quality to defeat any team in the division, provided they refine their performance at both ends of the pitch. He noted the team's strong moments in previous games against Wrexham and Derby, highlighting their chance creation and energy.
The Poland international stated that a top-half finish is a realistic target, adding, "We have two more spots in the play-offs, and I honestly believe we are more than capable of getting there, 100 per cent." Cardiff, who have drawn all three of their fixtures since returning to the Championship, will face unbeaten QPR at Loftus Road on Wednesday, 2 September.
