Coventry City have confirmed the signing of winger Yann Gboho from Toulouse. The 25-year-old, who is the cousin of Paris St-Germain and France forward Desire Doue, joins for a fee of 12m euros (£10.3m).
The deal was agreed and submitted to the Premier League before Tuesday's transfer deadline. It has since received ratification from Fifa and is now awaiting UK visa approval.
Gboho, who represented France at youth level, made 83 appearances for Toulouse, scoring 19 goals. This marks Coventry's 12th summer signing, with the promoted club's spending exceeding £100m this summer.
Frank Lampard's side is set to travel to Manchester City in the Premier League on Saturday, having lost their initial two fixtures of the season.
