Davis Tate, an estate agency serving Oxfordshire and Berkshire, has announced the appointment of Marc Williams as its new Sales Director. He will oversee the company's nine-branch network.
Williams brings 27 years of experience in estate agency to his new position, which includes managing large multi-branch operations. His previous roles involved overseeing 12 branches in London and a network of 24 branches across South Oxfordshire, Berkshire, and Hampshire.
The appointment comes as Davis Tate, which has operated in the region for over 35 years, continues to focus on its sales, lettings, and property management services. Williams, who was born in Oxford and has lived in Reading for most of his life, expressed his anticipation of understanding the business operations and meeting the branch teams.
Davis Tate is a franchise partner of LSL Estate Agency Franchising and is owned by Southern Homemove. Bernadette Keating, Managing Director at Southern Homemove, stated that Williams’s industry experience and local market knowledge would support the company’s sales operations.
