The crime thriller series 'Furious' has been officially renewed for a second season by Disney and Hulu. The renewal was announced on August 28, 2026, shortly before the season one finale.
Created by Elizabeth Meriwether, 'Furious' is loosely inspired by the 1987 film 'Black Widow'. The show follows FBI agent Alice Black as she investigates a serial killer targeting powerful men linked to abuse. Emmy Rossum and Lola Petticrew lead the cast, which also includes Quincy Tyler Bernstine, Scoot McNairy, Jake Lacy, Rob Yang, Hope Davis, and Danny McCarthy.
All eight episodes of the first season are currently available to stream on Disney+ in the UK. While the second season has been confirmed, a release date has not yet been announced, and there is no indication of when filming will commence.
