EasyJet is set to end all flights from Leeds Bradford Airport from January 5, 2027, concluding 16 years of operations from the West Yorkshire hub. The budget airline announced that all routes will cease from this date.
The airline currently offers flights from Leeds Bradford to various destinations, including Barcelona, Belfast, Mallorca, Malaga, and Paris. EasyJet first launched flights from Leeds to Geneva in 2010.
An EasyJet spokesperson stated the decision followed a review of routes, focusing on maintaining and developing popular services. Flights scheduled up to January 5, 2027, will operate as planned.
Customers with bookings beyond this date have been contacted and offered a free transfer to flights from an alternative airport or a refund. Other airlines, including Wizz Air, Jet2, and Ryanair, will continue to operate from Leeds Bradford Airport.
