Dublin rock band Fontaines D.C. have unveiled 'Where Is Gone?', a new single featuring Spanish artist Rosalía. The track is the third official single from their forthcoming fifth album, 'Dopamine Chamber', which is due for release on Friday, October 16.
'Where Is Gone?' follows previous singles 'Marianne' and 'Tongue'. The collaboration with Rosalía was noted by fans when the full LP tracklist was revealed, and it represents the band's first ever guest vocalist on a track.
Carlos O’Connell of Fontaines D.C. expressed his admiration for Rosalía, stating that her work in keeping Spanish musical tradition alive resonated with the band's efforts in Irish music. NME has given 'Dopamine Chamber' a five-star review, describing it as a "dark but exhilarating reflection of end times."
Ahead of the album's release, Fontaines D.C. will perform an intimate gig at London’s Roundhouse on Thursday, October 15. This event will celebrate the record and raise funds for the mental health charity CALM.
