George Henty-Dodd, formerly head of sales at John D Wood & Co, has joined Moveli. He will operate as a broker, focusing on Fulham and the surrounding areas.
Henty-Dodd brings nearly a decade of experience in London's residential sales and lettings market, including previous roles at Foxtons and Chestertons. Moveli co-founder Ben Littlewood stated that Henty-Dodd's knowledge of Fulham and his background with strong agency brands make him a valuable addition to their London network.
Separately, Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has appointed Dan Fyffe as lending director for the South within its development finance team. Fyffe joins from Mizrahi Tefahot Bank, bringing over 20 years of banking experience, with 17 years specifically in property and development finance.
