Shahid Khan, owner of Premier League club Fulham, is investing £1bn in a significant stadium upgrade for his American football franchise, the Jacksonville Jaguars. The project aims to expand the corporate offering at the EverBank stadium.
During the construction, the Jacksonville Jaguars will be relocated 150 miles from Jacksonville to Orlando. The team will play their initial NFL matches in Jacksonville before moving south. The works are anticipated to be finished by the summer of 2028.
This development follows Khan's reported £120m redevelopment of the Riverside Stand at Fulham's Craven Cottage, which is now operational and includes high-end hospitality options.
