Glastonbury Festival organiser Emily Eavis has confirmed that three headliners for the 2027 event have been booked. The festival, which took a break this year, will see tickets go on sale in October.
Eavis stated on BBC Radio 4's PM programme on Friday, 14 August, that Madonna will not be headlining. She added, "But we have got three [other] headliners and we're very excited about it – it's all coming together really well."
Oasis has also been officially ruled out as a headliner, despite earlier rumours following their reunion and a planned 2027 tour.
Among the artists rumoured to be performing, Taylor Swift's name has been mentioned, with reports in May suggesting she was "almost nailed on" to play the Pyramid stage. Harry Styles is another artist frequently rumoured for the festival. Fontaines DC, who have a new album and tour dates, are speculated by fans to be potential headliners, with their first tour date on 26 June, the day after Glastonbury 2027 concludes.
Sam Fender, Stevie Wonder, and Robbie Williams are also among those being discussed as potential acts for the festival.
