A sequel to the 2003 romantic comedy, 'How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days', is reportedly in development. Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey are in talks to return to their roles as magazine columnist Andie Anderson and advertising executive Benjamin Barry.

The project is currently in the early stages of development at Paramount. Hudson is attached to produce through her Shiny Penny company, with Stacey Sher also producing. The film is actively seeking a screenwriter, and key creative roles and the rest of the cast are yet to be formally confirmed.

The original film, directed by Donald Petrie, earned nearly $180 million worldwide from a reported $50 million budget. It also starred Kathryn Hahn, Adam Goldberg, and Thomas Lennon.
