Iceland Airwaves has announced the final wave of artists for its 2026 programme and unveiled their day splits. The festival, returning to Reykjavík on November 5 and 7 this year, marks its 27th edition.
Twenty-five new artists have been confirmed in this last announcement, with NME Cover star Cobrah leading the list. Other additions include Alien Chicks, Leith Ross, Worldpeace DMT, and Cell7. Agent Fresco, Apex Anima & FRZNTE, Birnir, Blood Harmony, CeaseTone, and Dumbhead are also among the new names.
The line-up is further rounded out by Emma, Juno Paul, Kaktus Einarsson, Mackenzie Leighton, PIXY, Sandrayati, someshiit, Spacestation, State of Grace, Sycamore Tree, Una Torfa, Victoryland, Warhaus, and 9m88. These artists join previously announced acts such as Adult DVD, Dove Ellis, PISS, The Itch, Any Young Mechanic, and Heartworms.
Shygirl, The Streets, and Daði Freyr & The Iceland Symphony Orchestra are also set to perform. The festival, which began in 1999, offers concerts alongside networking events, a music industry conference, and discussions.
