The new ITV drama 'The Blame', which features Michelle Keegan as DI Emma Crane and Douglas Booth as DI Tom Radley, was filmed across several locations in Hertfordshire, London, and Essex. The series, which follows the investigation of a murder in the fictional town of Wakestead, used a variety of real-world settings.
Much of the drama was filmed in Hertford, East Hertfordshire, where pubs such as The Salisbury Arms and The Old Barge were utilised. Other key locations included Epping Forest, an ancient woodland stretching from East London into Essex, and the London Borough of Waltham Forest for scenes depicting Tom's apartment.
London's Alexandra Palace ice rink also appears in the series. 'The Blame' is described as a drama with twists and turns, as a love story unfolds amidst the murder investigation.
