Will Jacks struck his first half-century of this year's Hundred competition, anchoring MI London's chase to seal a dramatic last-ball win over Southern Brave. Jacks' 54 runs from 41 deliveries, including three fours and two sixes, formed the backbone of MI's pursuit of 130 on a challenging Southampton pitch.

Despite a strong position at 93-3, MI London lost four wickets for 34 runs, with Marcus Stoinis claiming key wickets including Jacks. However, Sherfane Rutherford's quickfire 21 off 12 balls helped swing momentum back, leading to a nail-biting finish. Ollie Pope ultimately secured the winning runs, slashing through point for a double on the final delivery.

Earlier, Southern Brave posted 129-9, largely thanks to England wicketkeeper Jamie Smith's 49 from 26 balls. Trent Boult was the standout bowler for MI London, taking 2-15. Following the win, MI London are now third in the standings with eight points, while Southern Brave remain near the bottom after losing their first three games.
