Knight Frank has announced the appointment of Chris Davis as its group chief financial officer. Mr Davis will also join the firm's Group Executive Board.
Mr Davis previously held the role of interim group CFO at Knight Frank and secured the permanent position after a competitive selection process. His responsibilities will include leading the property consultancy's global finance function, overseeing financial performance, and supporting the delivery of the firm's international strategy.
With more than 24 years of international business experience, Mr Davis has held various CFO and board-level positions. Prior to joining Knight Frank, he served as CFO at Marlet Property Group and G.Network, and was chief restructuring officer and board director at Hilding Anders. He also spent a decade as an equity partner at AlixPartners and THM Partners.
Mr Davis will undergo a transitional period to hand over responsibilities before formally assuming the role. William Beardmore-Gray, senior partner and group chair of Knight Frank, stated that Mr Davis has demonstrated an excellent understanding of the business and impressive leadership ability.
