London's Vietnamese restaurant scene features both long-standing establishments and newer ventures across the capital. East London, particularly Kingsland Road, often referred to as Pho Mile, has a significant concentration of Vietnamese restaurants, stemming from the resettlement of refugees after the Vietnam War.

Established venues include Cây Tre, which opened its original Shoreditch location in 2003 and a Soho sister restaurant in 2011. Sông Quê Café, founded in 2002, is another prominent fixture on Kingsland Road.

Newer establishments have also emerged, with chefs and restaurateurs like Alex Lê of Lai Rai in Peckham and the Nguyen siblings, who operate Bánh Bánh, contributing to the expanding culinary landscape. Other notable restaurants include Eat Vietnam, Lò Bánh Mì on Borough High Street, and Med Salleh Viet.
