Vestige Son Vell, an 18th-century Palladian-style manor house, has been converted into a 33-room luxury agriturismo. Situated on 180 hectares of farmland in southwest Menorca, the property includes two swimming pools, extensive gardens, and a courtyard restaurant.
The hotel, owned by Spanish family-run company Vestige, is located a 20-minute drive from Ciutadella and an eight-minute cycle from Cala Son Vell cove. It offers various eco-friendly initiatives, such as geothermal wells for heating and cooling, solar panels, and a system for collecting rainwater to irrigate the gardens.
Dining options include Sa Clarissa for breakfast and lunch, and Vermell for dinner, with food sourced from the estate's kitchen garden or local farms. Guests can also access a Pool Bar. The hotel provides both chargeable experiences like horse riding and boat charters, and free activities such as weekly outdoor cinema screenings and yoga classes.
