Manchester City have reached an agreement to sign Brazilian winger Allan Elias from Palmeiras. The deal for the 22-year-old is valued at up to £34.2m, comprising a fixed fee of £32m and an additional £2.2m in add-ons.
Allan Elias is set to join City as a replacement for his compatriot Savinho, who reportedly looks poised for a move to Tottenham. A medical for the new signing is scheduled for the coming days.
City are also in advanced discussions regarding the potential sale of Egypt forward Omar Marmoush to Spurs. Sources indicate a "good chance" the deal will be completed before the 1 September transfer deadline, though some details are still being finalised.
Midfielder Nico Gonzalez may also depart the Etihad Stadium before the transfer window closes, with Newcastle showing strong interest in the Spanish player.
