Manchester United face Ipswich after Toby Collyer joins West Brom

In other news, 22-year-old Toby Collyer has completed a permanent transfer from Manchester United to West Bromwich Albion. The fee for the move is reportedly £3m, with potential add-ons that could increase it to over £7m, and a 40% sell-on clause is also included in the deal.

Carrick stated in his programme notes that the team has "taken the lessons from the game and had a strong week in training" after the Hull City result. Ipswich Town, also a promoted side, arrive at Old Trafford having won their opening Premier League game against Sunderland and subsequently beating Leicester in the Carabao Cup.
