Smriti Mandhana's unbeaten 88 runs from 50 balls secured a four-wicket win for Manchester Super Giants against Sunrisers Leeds at Headingley. This victory maintains the Super Giants' unbeaten start to The Hundred women's competition.
Mandhana, an India opener, hit seven fours and four sixes in her top score for the tournament. She expertly managed the chase of 143 runs, despite wickets falling around her, with captain Meg Lanning (24) being the only other Super Giants player to reach double figures.
Earlier, Annabel Sutherland top-scored for Sunrisers Leeds with 35 runs off 24 balls, contributing to their total of 142-4. Bryony Smith added 26 and Phoebe Litchfield 31, while Dani Gibson scored 18 off six balls.
