Developed by AI Property Intelligence Ltd, MyPorta's model involves automatically indexing properties advertised on estate agents' public websites. It also allows agents to upload properties directly or connect data feeds at no cost.
The platform defines 'available' properties as those not marked sold subject to contract, under offer, sale agreed, or let agreed. MyPorta uses AI-based conversational search technology, enabling users to describe their property requirements in natural language.
MyPorta's figures indicate a larger inventory in London, with 165,732 properties compared to Rightmove's 86,780. The disparity is also noted in Scotland, where MyPorta reports 52,359 available properties against Rightmove's 20,063.
