Nintendo has announced a range of new games and updates for the Nintendo Switch 2 during its September Direct. Among the confirmed titles, Lego Batman: Legacy Of The Dark Knight is set to arrive on September 18. Fans of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 will need to wait until next year for its release on the console.
Monster Hunter Wilds, including its recent updates, will be available on December 4, ahead of its Ascendance expansion. For horror enthusiasts, remakes of Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3, and Resident Evil 4: Gold Edition are scheduled to launch on October 16.
The final chapter of the remake trilogy, Final Fantasy 7: Revelation, is confirmed for the Nintendo Switch 2 launch on April 7. Additionally, the prequel Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 Reunion is launching today, September 9. The second part of the paid Pokémon Pokopia expansion, introducing new 'mon and accessories, is due later this year.
A free update for Starfox, featuring three new stages and 4-player local co-op, will be released on September 29. Furthermore, the GameCube title Starfox Adventures will be available today, September 9, on Nintendo Classics for Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscribers.
