Nock Deighton has acquired Cobb Amos, an estate agency with four high street branches in Ludlow, Knighton, Leominster, and Hereford. This transaction expands Nock Deighton's presence across south Shropshire and Herefordshire.
Cobb Amos, operated by Martin-Saunders Property Services, faced challenging conditions and increasing operational costs prior to the acquisition. The deal value was not disclosed.
Cobb Amos will continue to operate under its existing name, and its branch teams will remain in place. Nock Deighton stated it would provide additional resources to the business while maintaining continuity for clients.
