Olivia Dean has commenced her Australia and New Zealand tour, playing two sold-out nights at the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne. Each night saw 14,000 attendees, marking the first stop on the Australian leg of her world tour.
The singer performed for 90 minutes, backed by a nine-piece band. Her album, "The Art of Loving," which inspired the theatrical vision of the show, features the No. 1 single "Man I Need" and multi-platinum selling songs "Nice to Each Other" and "So Easy (To Fall in Love)."
Dean's mother, the former deputy leader of the Women's Equality party, gave her the middle name Lauryn, after Lauryn Hill. Dean's tour continues until 17 October.
