Paddy Fletcher and Ian Stirling, the duo behind the Port of Leith Distillery, have introduced a new single-grain whisky named Table Whisky. This product, available in wine-like bottles since 2023 and 100ml cans since July, aims to be a shareable option, drawing inspiration from the concept of 'table wine'.

The Port of Leith Distillery itself, a distinctive nine-storey vertical structure in Leith, opened in 2023. Last year, the distillery welcomed 100,000 visitors. The Port of Leith Distillery brand is reserved for their single malt, which is anticipated to launch in October 2027.

Further expanding their ventures, Muckle Brig, the company founded by Fletcher and Stirling, launched a new whisky bar called Whisky Quay in Edinburgh's old town in August.
